General Purchase Agreement Rules

These terms of purchase are the official standardized transaction agreement rules between the platform and all purchasing users, which apply to all product purchase orders and transaction behaviors completed by users on the platform. Any transaction behavior that does not conform to the term rules will be corrected and standardized in accordance with the agreement. Users can fully understand the platform’s transaction rules, service commitments, and responsibility division standards through these terms, so as to conduct shopping transactions in a standardized and rational manner, and avoid transaction disputes and rights and interest losses caused by unfamiliarity with transaction rules.

Order Generation and Validity Rules

User orders are officially generated after the user completes product selection, information confirmation, and full payment on the platform. Only paid valid orders can enter the platform’s official order processing, packaging, and shipping process. Unpaid pending orders do not have official transaction validity, and the platform has the right to adjust product inventory, price, and order status according to actual operation conditions. After the order is successfully paid, the platform will confirm the order information in real time, and the order will be officially effective, and both parties shall perform the transaction obligations in accordance with the agreed rules.
After the order takes effect, users shall ensure that the submitted delivery information, contact information, and order related information are true, accurate, and complete. All delivery risks and information errors caused by users’ false filling, missing filling, or wrong modification of information shall be borne by users themselves. The platform will process orders strictly in accordance with the effective order information, and complete product delivery and service docking according to the user’s confirmed information, without temporary modification of transaction content without legitimate reasons.

Product Pricing and Payment Rules

All product prices displayed on the platform are unified USD pricing standards, and all transaction payments, refund settlements, and service fee settlements are based on USD currency, with no other currency settlement methods supported. The platform adheres to transparent pricing rules, all product prices are real and effective official discount prices, including product value and basic service costs, and there are no hidden fees, service surcharges, or mandatory matching consumption items. Users only need to pay the displayed product unit price multiplied by the purchase quantity, and can enjoy free global shipping service without any extra cost.
The platform has the right to adjust product prices appropriately according to market supply and demand, product iteration, and supply chain cost changes. The price adjustment will take effect in real time on the product display page, and the adjusted price will only apply to newly generated orders, without affecting the price validity of paid effective orders. For all paid orders, the platform will strictly perform the transaction at the payment price, and will not make any price difference deduction or supplementary collection, ensuring the fairness and stability of user transaction prices.

Product Use and User Obligations

After users receive the products, they shall use and maintain the premium bidet products in accordance with the product manual and official use specifications, and shall not disassemble, modify, or use the product in violation of the regulations without authorization. Man-made damage, equipment failure, and performance loss caused by unauthorized disassembly, modified use, and non-standard use of users shall be borne by users themselves, and the platform will not bear free after-sales warranty and refund responsibilities for damage caused by human factors.
Users shall use the platform’s purchased products for legal household daily hygiene use, and shall not use the platform’s products for illegal transactions, commercial resale, illegal processing, and other illegal and irregular behaviors. Once the platform finds that users have illegal use or malicious batch hoarding and resale behaviors, it has the right to terminate the transaction cooperation, reject subsequent service applications, and pursue the corresponding liability for losses caused by irregular behaviors.

Transaction Liability and Dispute Handling

In the process of order transaction and service performance, both the platform and users shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the purchase terms and policy rules. The platform shall bear the obligations of product quality guarantee, efficient shipping, free logistics, and standardized after-sales service; users shall bear the obligations of truthful information filling, standardized payment, legal use of products, and compliance with after-sales rules. For the losses caused by the platform’s violation of service commitments, we will actively perform the liability of compensation and after-sales remedy in accordance with the policy.
In case of transaction disputes between users and the platform, both parties shall first solve the problem through friendly consultation based on the principles of fairness and honesty. If the consultation fails, both parties can handle it in accordance with the platform’s official policy rules and transaction agreement standards. All dispute handling will be based on the effective order records, platform policy specifications, and product service commitments to ensure fair and reasonable results of dispute handling.
These terms of purchase cover all standard rules of platform product transactions, which are the basic guarantee for the standardized operation of platform e-commerce business and the stable rights and interests of user transactions.
